Does "0% financing" really mean 0%?

Many auto manufacturers offer special financing only if you forfeit a rebate. That means you could potentially be giving up as much as $3,000. Because of 0% financing, some dealers are charging full M.S.R.P for vehicles rather than giving discounts. You should NEVER pay full price for an auto. Since the special financing is offered by the manufacturer, not the dealer,you should still be able to negotiate the purchase price on the vehicle of your choice.
