Cities Credit Union has a coin counting machine on-site. Bring that extra change in for deposit or a cash exchange! Sorry, we cannot process coin-counting through our drive-up window.

Did you know that Cities cannot accept third-party checks?
With check fraud running rampant in the financial services industry, Cities can no longer accept third-party checks from members in the teller windows or via mail or night deposit box. This is for your protection. What is a third-party check? It is a check that was written to someone else and then endorsed by a third party with the words PAY TO THE ORDER OF <third party's name>.

Did you know that the date has changed for checking line of credit loans?
The monthly payment due date for our checking lines of credit has recently been changed from the 10th day of each month to the 28th day of each month. This change was made to comply with the recently passed “Credit Card Act” which requires a minimum 21 day notice for payments on all open-end LOC loans.

You can conduct transactions MANY different ways without ever stepping foot into Cities Credit Union? 
   - Online banking gives you flexibility to make transfers within your own account, set-up automatic loan payments, pay bills and much more!

   - You can bank via the mail. Give us a call at 651-426-3773 to request bank-by-mail envelopes.

   - You can call us during regular business hours for cross-account transfers, to request teller (cashier's) checks, etc.
