Tack-On-Mortgage
A Tack-On-Mortgage is the answer to your next tax-deductible vehicle loan. As a courtesy, for tax purposes, a mortgage is "tacked-on" to your principle residence. The loan has a car loan rate, term and security. We are not interested in the value of your home and no appraisal or property report is needed. All that is needed for a T-O-M is a copy of your mortgage or Warranty Deed and your car title.
